This is a month-to-month rental with options to secure longer terms. The rental rate is subject to change by no more than 2.5% increase with a 30 day written notice from the property owner. Rents are due upon the 5th of each month. Late fees and other charges may be applied due to returned or declined payments and/or late payments. Traveling quests of course entertain and receive visiting guests. Extended stay non-tenant guests staying longer than three days need to be approved by and documented with the property owner. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Illicit drugs are prohibited. No Pets Policy.
