Minneapolis Suburb Furnished Up/Down Duplex on a Private Lake

This stunning metro area furnished unit on a private lake has been fully renovated and designed with visitors’ comfort in mind. The home has been designed to reflect the beauty of our favorite coastal vacations. This rental is only 10 miles north of downtown Minneapolis and close to shopping, local parks, and Edinburgh Golf Course.

Walking into the split-level home, there’s a dedicated entry closet perfect for storing your shoes or coats. Walk down the short flight of stairs to the open-concept garden-level unit. This downstairs unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and 1400 sq. ft. of living space.

The living room has a dedicated workspace with a sit-and-stand desk. There’s also a large leather sectional with electric recliners, perfect for relaxing and watching the 60-inch TV. Off the living room is the dining area, where you can enjoy lake views and a warm fire. The stunning mantle over the fireplace is custom-made from Mississippi River driftwood.

The kitchen is right off the dining area. It’s fully stocked with all the cooking and baking necessities imaginable. Appliances include an apartment-size fridge, full-size dishwasher, two-burner induction cook top, 9-in-1 Ninja Convection Oven (large enough to fit a whole pizza), microwave, and espresso machine. Coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, paper good, plastic wrap, tinfoil, parchment paper, seasonings, and oil are all included with your stay.

Off the dining area is a 500-square-foot patio, a great place to take in the gorgeous private lake. The large fenced-in yard is perfect for your dogs to run and exercise. You can also go down to the dock and watch the many birds that visit the area.

Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size platform beds with 12-inch memory foam mattresses, 43-inch TVs, Roku, room-darkening shades and curtains, and custom closets. There is sound dampening added between the bedrooms. The shared bathroom has heated marble tile flooring, a rain shower, and a custom mirror. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner are provided.

The unit has many stunning touches, including natural lighting, live plants, and photography throughout. Added comforts include spa grade linens, throw blankets, and extra bedding.

Bi-weekly cleaning is included in your rent. The shared areas with the upstairs unit are the driveway, entryway, backyard, and laundry room. For your privacy, a laundry schedule will be arranged among everyone. This modern unit gives you quiet lake living close to the city.

Additional services can be booked such as meal prep, grocery delivery, liquor delivery, additional cleaning, errands etc.
