The rent includes utilites (gas, electricity, water, garbage, Internet/wifi). The utility allowance included in this price is $200 for gas and electricity.
The minimum stay is one month, there will be a 10% discount applied to longer stays and it will be applied to stays on months 4,5,and 6. The maximum amount of stay is 6 months. If you would like to stay longer, we can discuss extending the lease.
If on your last month, you are staying less than a full month, you charge will be prorated.

Spacious Living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and enclosed back porch with washer and dryer is on the first floor. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a sun room that can be used as an office or extra space for yoga or other work out. Tons of closet space on both floors, large windows allow a ton of light pouring into all spaces. Bedrooms are equiped with black-out shades. hardwood floor throughout all spaces, ornate wood details around windows and at staircase, modern and uplifting artwork in every room, Kitchen features SS appliances and quatrz countertops. Restaurants that are in walking distance include Ferrera bakery, Jerky Jerk, Typica Cafe, Jimmy Johns, Chipotle, Freshii, Five Guys and Panda Express. A park and sport field are less than 1 minute walk North of the house.
Tri-Taylor is an oasis of tree-lined streets, with historic homes and cottages, surrounded by Highways and major streets which makes commute to other areas easy, but inside the neighborhood is quiet and at peace.
